Phlebotomist w/Testing

Phlebotomist – Testing PAML, a Labcorp company, is looking for a phlebotomist to work in Wapato, WA. The role involves performing blood collections, specimen processing, data entry, billing, and providing customer service. Work schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00a.m. – 5:00p.m.; additional hours and rotating Saturday shifts as needed. Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups. Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc. Qualified to perform moderately complexity testing as defined by CLIA. Perform accurate and timely data entry of patient information. Process billing information and collect payments when required. Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis. Maintain patient and specimen information logs. Provide superior customer service to all patients. Administrative and clerical duties as necessary. Travel to additional sites when needed. Minimum Qualifications Valid Washington State‑issued phlebotomy license. In lieu of a license, an application for a phlebotomy license filed with the WA Department of Health at time of hire may satisfy the requirement. Ability to pass a standardized color blindness test. Flexibility to work overtime as needed. Preferred Qualifications At least 3 months of phlebotomy experience. Bilingual in Spanish and English. Additional Job Standards Exceptional customer service. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Comfortable working under minimal supervision. Pay and Benefits Pay range: $19.25 – $27.69 per hour. Quarterly incentive bonus program may be available for eligible staff. All job offers are based on skills, experience, and market data.
