Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.

Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and take messages accurately.

Assist members with general information, directions, and requests.

Coordinate and communicate efficiently with other departments to ensure seamless members experiences.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion.

Previous experience in a customer-facing role

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a luxury and approachable demeanor.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
