This role encompasses selling various insurance products, such as life, health, auto, and property insurance, to both new and existing customers, while also delivering exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for identifying customer needs, offering tailored insurance solutions, and assisting with policy management and claims support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Prepare and present insurance quotes and policy options to customers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and industry trends.
• Assist customers with the application process and provide ongoing support.
• Assist customers with policy updates, renewals, and claims processing to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the agency.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and maintain required licensing.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelors degree in business or a related field is a plus.
• Active state insurance license (or willingness to obtain one).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Customer-focused with a passion for helping others.
• Prior sales experience in insurance, customer service or a related field is preferred but not required.
