About the Role

We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a 13-week contract opportunity in Fargo, North Dakota. The position will provide speech therapy services in inpatient and long-term care settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services to patients in inpatient and long-term care settings.

• Evaluate patients and identify appropriate speech therapy needs and treatment goals.

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on patient needs.

• Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Collaborate with rehabilitation and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to support continuity of patient care.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 Year of Speech-Language Pathologist Experience Required.

• Current, Active Speech-Language Pathologist License Required; Applicable North Dakota Practice Requirements Must Be Met Before Start.

• Experience in Inpatient and/or Long-Term Care Rehabilitation Settings Required.

• Strong Patient Assessment, Treatment Planning, and Documentation Skills Required.

• Ability to Work Day Shifts and Provide Patient-Centered Rehabilitation Services Required.
