Join our team as a Business Operations Intern: Support a variety of business and operational functions based on organizational needs, with opportunities to contribute across areas such as finance, contract management, business development, and human resources. Assist with research, analysis, documentation, coordination, and day-to-day projects while gaining exposure to cross-functional business operations and professional practices. Each year SimVentions invites a select number of students to join us for our immersive 11-week paid internship program where you will experience our outstanding company culture while gaining valuable experience that you can implement into your post graduate professional career. Eligibility: SimVentions offers internship opportunities across a variety of technical disciplines, including systems engineering, software engineering, modeling & simulation, and cybersecurity engineering. Priority consideration will be given to returning interns and students pursuing degrees that align with our core technical areas. Students pursuing degrees in other fields may be considered on a case-by-case basis. All applicants must have completed their Freshman year of college and not yet graduated by the beginning of the summer internship period (i.e., must be a rising sophomore, junior, or senior). Deadlines: All resumes with attached cover letters must be received no later than December 31, 2026. Any resumes received after this time will not be considered. Notification: All candidates will be notified of their selection status no later than March 2027. Clearance A Clearance is not required for our internship program but all candidates must be eligible to obtain a clearance. Requirements Completed Freshman year of college by the start of the internship (must be a rising sophomore, junior, or senior). Enrolled in a relevant degree program Strong interest in technology, innovation, and problem-solving. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A proactive, eager-to-learn attitude with a commitment to personal and professional growth. Responsibilities Business Operations Intern Support a variety of business and operational functions based on organizational needs, with opportunities to contribute across areas such as finance, contract management, business development, and human resources. Assist with research, analysis, documentation, coordination, and day-to-day projects while gaining exposure to cross-functional business operations and professional practices. Collaborate with experienced professionals to contribute across areas such as finance, contract management, business development, and human resources. Participate in team meetings, provide updates, and receive mentorship from teammates. Learn and apply cutting-edge technologies and best practices in areas of business Conduct and assistwith research, analysis, documentation, coordination, and day-to-day projects while gaining exposure to cross-functional business operations and professional practices. Engage in various learning and networking activities, such as training sessions, workshops, and company-sponsored events.
