Key Responsibilities Copyediting and proofreading Word-based reports, PowerPoint documents, Excel spreadsheets, and data tools to ensure content is consistent, accurate, in line with house style, and accessible to a global client base. Supporting the creation and repurposing of selected research content. Taking content through the CMS-based publishing workflow, from the editorial queue to publication. Supporting successful, on-time delivery of research projects across sectors, including consulting engagements. Training and supporting analysts and other colleagues on writing skills, editorial processes, workflows, style guides, and content management systems. Ownership of strategic initiatives and special projects, from planning and and scheduling through delivery. Working closely with research and data colleagues from across the business to ensure content is delivered on time and to high quality. Creating, standardizing, and supporting business workflow documentation and process maps. Act as deputy to manager when needed, engaging with freelancers for content allocation and review. Supporting Content Production Manager in content allocation and in the continuing evolution and refinement of related business/operational processes to optimize quality, timeliness, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness of research execution and delivery. Continuous measurement of KPIs in this area.​ Background Knowledge, Skills and Experience Top-tier English-language writing and editing skills with a meticulous eye for detail Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, content management systems, and publishing tools Strong project management and organizational skills with proven track record of managing tasks to meet deadlines and stakeholder expectations Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Experience in B2B technology market intelligence or similar sector, including writing and editing white papers, blogs, and e-books Basic design skills and ability to create, edit, or review multimedia deliverables such as podcasts and videos Basic working knowledge of Power BI and Tableau dashboards, with experience working with data and editing charts Ability to navigate complex systems and workflows, with interest in automation, process improvement, AI tools, and scalability Application instructions Please include a cover letter with your application.
