DELIVERY DRIVER FOR AMAZON PACKAGES

Company Description This is a Full-Time OR Part-Time Amazon Package delivery driver position with SoCal 101 Logistics LLC, delivering packages for Amazon. Work location is in the Glendale area. Highlights Immediate full time openings available for Amazon Package delivery driver 4 days on 3 days off with 5th work day available Potential to earn bonuses every day worked Promotions to other positions will be available Prior DA experience with an Amazon DSP is a plus Benefits & Scheduling 4 days on 3 days off with 5th work day available $22.50 - $23.00 starting hourly rate based on DA tenure and past performance (paid biweekly) $22.50 starting hourly rate for drivers with no DA experience or less than 90 days DA tenure Performance bonuses available weekly for delivery drivers 8-10 hours of work available every shift (time and a half after first 8 hours). Paid overtime Paid training Medical and Dental insurance / 401K and Tuition reimbursement Paid time off begins accruing immediately at start of employment Equipment Provided Delivery Vehicle & Gas Handheld technology Delivery driver uniforms Other safety and administrative gear necessary for job accomplishment Key Duties & Responsibilities Successfully handle and deliver packages on time Safely drive and perform safety inspections on company vehicle, follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and company policies Delivery drivers should provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events / conditions Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions; lift packages (up to 50 lbs.) get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed Delivery drivers will need to use smart phone device for GPS navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle Delivery driver will support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old Delivery driver must have a valid hard copy driver's license Authorized to work in the United States We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
