Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Call Center Agent to communicate with customers, respond to inquiries, and provide professional assistance throughout the customer experience. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, problem-solving, and helping customers find appropriate products or services. Responsibilities Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate information. Assist customers with routine requests and concerns. Follow up with customers regarding inquiries and opportunities. Support customer satisfaction and retention initiatives. Assist with lead generation and customer acquisition opportunities. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups. Communicate customer feedback and recurring concerns to team members. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve customer service objectives. Represent the company professionally during all calls. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
