Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct individual therapy sessions using evidence-based practices tailored to client needs.

  • Engage with families to identify and address communication barriers, relational struggles, and specific challenges impacting their well-being.

  • Assess and diagnose mental health conditions through comprehensive evaluations, utilizing standardized tools and therapeutic assessments.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele ranges widely across various demographics, including adolescents facing adjustment issues, couples working through relational conflicts, and families navigating complex emotional challenges. Each client presents unique stories and backgrounds, enabling our therapists to engage in meaningful, transformative work that directly impacts their mental health and well-being.

Qualifications\n

  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or equivalent accredited program.

  • Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • \n
  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing therapy services in a mental health setting.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster rapport with clients and work effectively in a remote team.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary treatment team.

Preferred Experience\n

  • Experience in a community health setting or familiarity with diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.

  • Utilization of teletherapy platforms and digital therapeutic tools.

  • Specialized training in specific therapeutic modalities (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, etc.) is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
