Utilization Review Specialist

Acrisure LLC

Acrisure is seeking a Utilization Review Nurse, LPN, to evaluate treatment requests and ensure timely, appropriate care in line with clinical guidelines and regulatory requirements. The role reviews medical information, determines nurse-level authorization, and involves physician referrals when needed. Ideal candidates have UR or case management experience, with orthopedic/neurological exposure valued, and will work in a hybrid setup with two office days weekly. #J-18808-Ljbffr
