IT Technical Operations Consultant

TPA's client is seeking to hire Technical Operations Engineerin the TechOps role is responsible for the design, maintenance, and support of enterprise job scheduling and backup systems. This role manages all functions of the JAMS job scheduling platform, oversees the Veeam backup and recovery environment, and serves as production control for developer access to production systems. Key Responsibilities Job Scheduling Administer, maintain, and enhance the enterprise JAMS job scheduling platform. Develop and manage job definitions, schedules, and dependencies across multiple environments. Monitor job execution, troubleshoot failures, and coordinate resolutions with application and infrastructure teams. Manage and maintain the enterprise Veeam Backup & Replication platform.
