Our team members are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of residents every day.As an Area Facilities Manager, you oversee maintenance operations for a home community and support 5–7 additional communities, ensuring safe, compliant, and well-maintained environments for residents and team members.What You'll Do:Lead day-to-day facilities operations at your home communitySupport Maintenance Coordinators across your regional clusterEnsure compliance with life safety, AHJ, and regulatory requirementsOversee preventive maintenance and TELS CMMS complianceManage capital projects, vendor bids, and contract performanceProvide 24-hour emergency response support as neededConduct facility audits and semi-annual building reviewsTrain, coach, and mentor maintenance team membersAssist with budgeting, expense control, and insurance claimsSupport new community openings and occupancy readiness standardsYou play a critical leadership role in protecting assets, maintaining compliance, and delivering high-quality environments that enhance resident experience.What We're Looking For:5+ years facilities management experienceStrong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systemsSupervisory experience leading maintenance teamsAbility to read blueprints and manage vendor contractsStrong problem-solving and time management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and CMMS systemsFlexibility to travel and work weekends as neededRegional Facilities Manager – Maintain Safe and Beautiful Communities Facilities Manager | Building Operations | Property ManagementPay Range: 86,736.00 - 119,808.00Ready to take the next step and make a bigger impact than you ever imagined?
