Details Emergency Department setting in a 205-licensed-bed hospital, the region's largest and most comprehensive ED with a Free Standing ED 20-bed unit with patient ratios of 1:4, up to 1:5 during surge Uses Paragon EHR Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM Must work 6 weekend shifts within a 6-week period No on-call requirements Requirements Active RN license (NC or Compact) Minimum 1 year of RN experience required AHA certifications required Preferred experience with peripheral IV, stroke, sepsis, and STEMI care Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration Active Nursys licensure verification required at time of consideration Additional Information Work in a high-paced, high-acuity rural Emergency Department Joint Commission accredited Duke Lifepoint hospital with an 'A' LeapFrog Hospital Safety Rating Scrub colors accepted: black, navy, and royal blue Candidates must live 60 miles or greater from the facility to qualify for travel rate Cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months Cannot be employed elsewhere full time These details are based on information provided by the facility and may include inaccuracies or be subject to updates.
