Loan Officer Trainee Program
Are you ambitious, driven, and looking for a career with upside growth potential? Our Loan Officer Trainee Program is designed to help motivated individuals transition into licensed Mortgage Loan Officers through hands-on training, mentorship, and real-world sales experience.
This is not a passive training program. From day one, you'll be actively engaged, learning the skills and confidence needed to succeed in a fast-paced, rewarding sales environment.
Throughout the program, you'll gain experience in:
- Mortgage industry fundamentals
- Sales and communication techniques
- Live borrower conversations
- Loan product education and mortgage scenarios
- Objection handling and relationship building
- Lead management and pipeline development
- Licensing and compliance requirements
You'll work alongside experienced mortgage professionals who are invested in your success and committed to helping you build a long-term career.
What You'll Accomplish Within Your First 90 Days
- Completed mortgage licensing and compliance training (100% company-paid)
- Mastered proven sales scripts and communication techniques
- Built and managed a pipeline of prospective borrowers
- Gained hands-on experience with loans actively moving through the process
- Received ongoing coaching and mentorship from industry leaders
- Prepared for a successful transition into a full-time Mortgage Loan Officer role

Schedule
- Monday Thursday: 9:30 AM 6:00 PM
- Friday: 9:30 AM 5:00 PM
