JOB REQUIREMENTS

Board: BC/BE in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or General Surgery Licenses: Active, unrestricted Texas Medical License; Active Texas DEA with Texas address DEA / CDS: Active Texas DEA with schedules 2, 2N, 3, 3N, 4, & 5 required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS required if not Board Certified in Emergency Medicine Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience in Emergency Medicine or related specialty Other Qualifications: Two years of case logs, two years of CME/CEU documentation

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
