The variety keeps you sharp and the problems keep you thinking. Two Roles Available: Experienced Technicians — $30–$45/hr Substantial diesel or advanced automotive diagnostic experience. If you're a strong tech, we'll pay you accordingly from day one and give you the autonomy to work at a high level. Transitioning Technicians — $22–$28/hr to Start You're a solid mechanic — cars, light trucks, maybe some fleet experience — and you're ready to move up in equipment class. We'll invest in your diesel training and ASE certifications, and your pay will grow as your skills do. This isn't a dead end; it's a deliberate on-ramp.
