Job Summary Immediate opening for a legal assistant with probate experience.You will communicate with clients, manage estate planning and estate administrations and prepare documents including trust administration and probate documents and Wills, Trusts, Advance directives. The ideal candidate must behardworking and detail-oriented. We will consider candidates looking for full or part-time work. Compensation for this role is $25-$28/hour. Responsibilities Communicate with clients Prepare case-specific documents, including Petitions for administration and Trust administration documents, letters of instruction and emails and letters to clients and beneficiaries Ensure that file is well organized and follow timeline for administration Maintain and update documentation Onsite role located in Seminole, FL 33772 Qualifications Previous experience as a Legal Assistant in probate is required.
