Seven Mountains Media, a rapidly growing media company across Pennsylvania and New York, is seeking a full‑time Brand Specialist to join and work with our team at the Altoona Johnstown, PA market station group: FROGGY 98.1, WOWY 103.9/101.7, WALY 100.1, ROCKY 104.9, FROGGY 95.5, KEY 96.5, ROCKY 99.1, POP 92.1 and our Seven Mountains Creative and Digital divisions. You’ll be responsible for developing new business, maintaining, servicing, and growing accounts. Responsibilities Branding Specialists will work to grow revenue by developing strong partnerships with existing and potential advertisers. Branding Specialists will identify client needs prior to proposing advertising recommendations, conduct market research, plan, and execute creative marketing branding and promotional campaigns, and assist in driving results for our clients. Qualifications Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi‑task Strong communication skills, upbeat personality, and high energy Ability to work well and stay focused under pressure Excellent computer skills including the ability to work in the Google Business Suite Ability to work well in a fast‑paced, team‑focused environment Prior sales or marketing experience preferred along with a willingness to learn and desire to win Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license Knowledge of Google products and social networking platforms is valuable but not required Adept at prospecting and using effective consultative selling principles and practices Strong client service relationship‑building skills Ability to plan, organize, set priorities, and multitask in a fast‑paced environment Negotiation and closing proficiency Persuasive communication skills: verbal, written, and presentation Independent, self‑motivated, competitive, and assertive Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills Understanding of market dynamics including demographics Stress tolerance, especially with tight deadlines and financial pressures 2‑4-year college degree and/or equivalent sales experience preferred but not required An equal opportunity employer, Seven Mountains Media offers a strong salary and benefits package, an expanded holiday schedule, 401K, and much more.
