CompHealth is seeking a Board-certified or Board-eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician for a primary care practice in Roxbury, a dynamic neighborhood in Greater Boston. This role offers a manageable patient load and strong support staff, including nurse practitioner triage for call. The practice emphasizes an integrated behavioral health model to reduce provider burnout. Practice Info 15 - 20 patients per day in adult-only primary care practice Full support staff including nurses and resource specialists Integrated behavioral health model reduces provider burnout Compensation $200000 - $225000 annual Ranges shown should be used as an estimate and are affected by many factors including the critical need of the position, your overall experience and qualifications, and other considerations Rates shown are all-inclusive and combine an hourly base pay with other potential earnings like overtime, call, and holiday pay Shift & Schedule Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm schedule with one evening per week 32 patient contact hours with 8 admin hours (can work from home) Call schedule only 1:8 with nurse practitioner triage support Requirements Board-certified or board-eligible in internal medicine or family medicine Immigration attorney support for visa candidates (not capped)
