Responsibilities
- Collaborate on clinical trial design, study population selection, and endpoint definition
- Author and review protocols, statistical analysis plans, and clinical study reports
- Present data and analysis results clearly to internal and external audiences
- Manage multiple studies to ensure consistency with standards within indication areas
- Support health authority requests, publications, and regulatory submissions
Requirements
- PhD with 6+ years or MS with 8+ years in statistics, biostatistics, or related field
- Clinical trials, drug development, or pharmaceutical industry experience
- Proficiency in SAS, R, or Python for statistical analysis and data manipulation
- Expertise in statistical and clinical trials methodology for drug development
- Understanding of regulatory landscape and health authority interactions
- Strong interpersonal, communication, writing, and project management skills
- People management experience preferred for manager-track positions
Compensation: $189,670–$229,834
