Regional HVAC Technician

As a Regional HVAC Technician , you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by providing expert maintenance, repair, and installation services for our heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems

• Monitor HVAC systems and operations to identify potential issues and prevent malfunctions

• Perform routine preventive maintenance according to schedules and standards

• Respond to hot and cold calls, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner

• Check, repair, and replace valves, motors, controls, switches, gauges, wiring, fans, pump compressors, condensers, cores, pipes, and other functional components of the system

• Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures

• Document all work into Regge - work order system

• Comply with all company safety and risk management policies and procedures

• Report all accidents and injuries in a timely manner

• Participate in regular safety meetings, safety training, and hazard assessments

• Apply all applicable OSHA and related local safety requirements to all assigned work

• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:

• HVAC repair and installation knowledge and experience

• 5+ years related work experience preferred

• Holds appropriate license/certification for the specific work to be done in the city and state of PA

• Minimum requirement is EPA CFC Universal Certificate

• Successful candidates must be adaptable, reliable, and nurture a healthy and safe working environment
