Day shift, 4 - 10-hour shifts, 0730-1800 WITH CALL REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of 18 months recent Cath Lab experience.

Must have 18 months PERM Cath Lab experience

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE in circulating, documenting.

On call every other weekend or potentially every third weekend depending on staffing, if not on weekend call, call is approximately 2 days a week, if on call on the weekend then 1 other on call day that week, Nurse Manager will discuss the on-call rotation and is happy to answer any questions during the phone screen.

MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND

AHA or American Red Cross BLS & ACLS required.

ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required.

Traveler must work at least every other holiday.

Flu Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only

All other travelers (aside from Nurses and CSTs) MUST BE NICOTINE FREE - Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) Drug screen required within 12 months of start. Must be updated annually.

Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date.

IMPORTANT - BCI/FBI prints are time Sensitive - Must completed within 48 Hours of signing contract.

Extensions: Candidates may extend with client for a period of 18 months; after which a 6 month break is required. Client may choose to defer the required 6 month break on a case by case basis. Please reach out to the Account Manager if Client approval is needed.

Modules: 4 hours of modules are billable, any additional time required for pre-start modules is non-billable. Average 6-15 hours of modules Modules are completed pre-start and annually, and time needed varies by specialty Annual modules are billable up to 4 hours, this only pertains to annual modules required by the facility and applies to travelers have been on contract for a continuous year. Does not apply to one-off competencies Modules are recorded via Silkroad.
