Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Denver, CO, responsible for driving client growth and brand awareness for Amada Senior Care. This role includes building and maintaining relationships with referral sources such as healthcare providers, senior living communities, and local organizations. The specialist plans and executes local marketing initiatives, including community outreach, events, digital campaigns, and networking activities. Daily responsibilities involve managing the sales pipeline, conducting follow-up with leads, presenting service offerings, and collaborating with care teams to ensure a positive client experience. The role also includes tracking performance metrics, reporting results, and continuously refining sales and marketing strategies to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and professional referral partners.
• Proven Sales experience with the ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close new business opportunities.
• Background in Training and Sales Management to guide outreach efforts, support team development, and implement effective sales processes.
• Experience in healthcare, senior care, or related service industries is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Denver, CO, with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel.
• Comfort with basic CRM tools, reporting, and using digital channels for marketing and outreach.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities while meeting targets.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
