Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ needs and design individualized treatment plans tailored to each child.
• Deliver direct physical therapy services in accordance with IEP goals and educational objectives.
• Collaborate actively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation, tracking student progress and outcomes.
• Participate in IEP meetings, offering informed recommendations and ongoing support for student services.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active Physical Therapist license issued by the Arizona Board of Physical Therapy.
• Current or obtainable Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Prior experience in school-based or pediatric physical therapy is beneficial, though not required.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-focused approach.
