IT Project ManagerWe are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of a global brand acquisition integration initiative. This individual will be responsible for managing project timelines, scope, documentation, risks, and stakeholder communications across multiple business and technology functions.Preferred Location: New York City (Hudson Yards)Also Open To: Candidates able to commute to Berkeley Heights, NJ or Clark, NJDuration: 4-month contract in 2026 with strong potential for extension into 2027Pay Rate Range - $45-50/HR ON W2 (NO C2C)Key Responsibilities:Manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables for a large-scale brand integrationCoordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Data, Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, Retail Systems, and eCommerceDrive project governance and support Global, Zone, and Local leadership approval processesTrack risks, dependencies, budget, and project statusPrepare executive-level presentations, reports, and project updatesEnsure alignment between technical and business workstreamsRequired Qualifications:Proven experience leading enterprise systems implementation projects as an IT Project ManagerStrong experience working with global stakeholders and cross-functional teamsHighly proficient in ServiceNow, including timeline management, demand management, and ticket creationAdvanced Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and OutlookExcellent communication, presentation, organization, and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesPreferred Qualifications:Experience supporting acquisitions, integrations, or large transformation programsBackground in retail, consumer products, eCommerce, or omnichannel environmentsExperience presenting to senior leadership and executive stakeholdersThis is an excellent opportunity to join a high-visibility global initiative with strong extension potential and broad exposure to both business and technology leadership.
