Recruitment Assistant

We are seeking an organized, proactive Recruitment Assistant to support our Site Manager with day-to-day recruitment and talent operations at a manufacturing facility in Portersville, PA. This position offers a competitive pay rate of $26.00 per hour for a part-time schedule of approximately 24 hours per week, structured as three 8-hour shifts between Monday and Friday. Standard work hours fall between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, though flexibility is required once per week for shift check-ins (such as 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM or 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM). Located fully onsite in Portersville, PA, this role is conveniently accessible from both New Castle and Butler. Responsibilities

The part-time onsite Recruitment Assistant will assist the Site Manager with day-to-day recruitment operations. Some of the duties inclue, but are not limited to:

• Scheduling interviews and tours
• Sourcing candidates using job boards
• Sourcing candidates by partnering with community organizations
• Using an ATS (applicant tracking system) to organize and onboard candidates
• Assist with 1-hour orientations
• Check in on our contractors- this can include a day or so checking in on PM shift
• Responding to candidates using phone, text and email
