Now Hiring: Project Manager – iCargo Upgrade Location: Fort Worth, TX Schedule: Hybrid, 3 days onsite per week Pay Rate: $55–$58/hr Please note there will be standard furlough periods during the 2026 holiday season. November 23–27, 2026 December 22, 2026–January 4, 202 Key Responsibilities Lead the iCargo upgrade program across planning, design, build, testing, deployment, and hypercar Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, scope, and budget trackin Coordinate with Cargo Digital Products, Cargo Operations, Finance, Compliance, IT engineering, integration teams, IBS Software, consulting partners, and offshore delivery team Manage vendor deliverables against SOW commitments, milestones, dependencies, and risk Oversee SIT, UAT, operational readiness testing, defect triage, release planning, go-live readiness, and deployment activitie Maintain RAID logs and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, mitigation plans, and escalation Prepare executive-level reporting, status dashboards, KPIs, financial updates, and stakeholder communication Support change management, training, documentation, rollout planning, and operational readiness across cargo location Ensure adherence to enterprise delivery frameworks, PMO standards, documentation, approvals, and audit requirement Required Experience 5–10+ years of Project or Program Management experience supporting large-scale IT implementations or enterprise system upgrade Strong experience managing the full project lifecycle from initiation through deployment and hypercar Experience managing third-party vendors or implementation partners against SOW deliverable Strong stakeholder management experience across business, IT, and executive leadershi Experience coordinating with offshore or global delivery team Hands‑on experience with SIT, UAT, release management, defect triage, go‑live readiness, and production deployment Strong proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, or simila Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholder Nice to Have Experience with cargo, logistics, freight, transportation, airline, or aviation system iCargo or IBS Software platform experienc PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certificatio Experience with enterprise integrations, APIs, messaging systems, or operational platform The ideal candidate is a strong enterprise IT Project Manager who can drive complex system upgrade initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, hold vendors accountable, and keep stakeholders aligned through go-live and hypercare. #J-18808-Ljbffr
