ENTRY Phlebotomist I

Entry PSR I (Lobby Greeter/Phlebotomy Support)
Location: St. Augustine, FL
Duration: 4 Months
Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Job Summary: Seeking a customer-focused Entry PSR I to greet patients, assist with kiosk check-in, answer questions, and create a welcoming experience. This role primarily supports the lobby but will also provide basic phlebotomy coverage during breaks as needed while ensuring accurate patient information and excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- 1–2 years of customer-facing customer service experience (retail, healthcare, home health aide, etc.)
- Some phlebotomy experience required
- Strong data entry and keyboard skills
- Compassionate, professional, and able to work in both the lobby and draw room
- Ability to collect and process clinical/forensic specimens following established procedures
