What You'll Do

• Provide critical care to SICU patients with high acuity, including post-operative CABG, valve repairs, and aortic dissections
• Manage patients with PA catheters, balloon pumps, and other advanced invasive procedures
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver optimal patient outcomes
• Float to other ICUs and SDUs as needed, maintaining flexibility in coverage
• Monitor and manage patients on continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT)
• Document patient care accurately using Epic EHR system
• Respond to emergency events as part of the "Emergency Team" protocol, if required

What You Need

• Valid RN license in Louisiana or eligible for licensure
• Minimum 1 year of ICU or SICU experience in a high-acuity setting
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications
• Skilled in post-op care, invasive monitoring, and critical care procedures
• Ability to work night shifts and respond to emergency events
