Associate - Finance - Project Development amp Finance

Job Overview A law firm seeks a highly qualified mid-level associate with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join their Project Development & Finance Practice in Houston, TX; New York, NY; San Diego, CA; or Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate will have experience in project development and/or finance at a large national or international firm. Duties Assist in structuring and executing complex project finance transactions. Collaborate with clients to identify and address potential transaction pitfalls. Work with lenders and sponsors to maximize transaction value and security. Contribute to the successful syndication of transactions. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Experience with project development and/or finance preferred. Background in a large national or international firm is advantageous. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
