Adecco is working with a manufacturing client in Bedford, NH to bring on a full-time Shipping & Receiving Specialist for a Direct Hire opportunity!

Shift: 1st Shift – Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Pay: $26-$30/hour
Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, process, and coordinate domestic and international shipments
• Create shipping labels, packing slips, bills of lading, commercial invoices, and other required shipping documentation
• Ensure international shipments have the proper customs and export paperwork
• Receive incoming materials, verify quantities, inspect shipments, and match paperwork against purchase orders
• Enter shipping, receiving, and inventory information into the company ERP system
• Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records
• Track incoming and outgoing shipments and communicate updates to internal teams
• Coordinate with freight carriers, parcel services, and logistics providers
• Package and prepare materials for shipment while ensuring products are properly protected
• Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and reconciliation of discrepancies
• Work closely with Purchasing, Production, Quality, and other departments to support material flow
• Investigate shipping discrepancies, damaged shipments, and receiving issues
• Maintain accurate electronic and paper records
• Keep the shipping and receiving area clean, organized, and compliant with safety procedures
• Support other warehouse and material-handling functions as needed

Requirements:

• Previous Shipping & Receiving experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• International shipping experience strongly preferred
• Experience using an ERP system for shipping, receiving, or inventory transactions
• Strong computer skills and comfort working with Microsoft Office
• Experience preparing shipping documentation and working with freight carriers
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while also supporting a team
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Must be able to obtain a security clearance if required
• Must successfully complete a drug screen and 7-year misdemeanor/felony background check

This is a full-time, Direct Hire opportunity offering a stable 1st-shift schedule and the opportunity to join an established manufacturing team.

Pay Details: $26.00 to $30.00 per hour
