• Flexible inpatient and outpatient mix; physicians choose their preferred balance
• Well-established private psychiatry practice with 31 providers and strong retention
• Outpatient caseload typically 3 - 4 afternoons per week with 6 - 12 patients per session
• Inpatient morning rounds Monday - Friday; lower census expected for child psychiatrists
• Approximately 1:4 weekend call rotation
• Dedicated nursing and full administrative support including billing and credentialing
• Child and adolescent fellowship training required; board-certified preferred
• J-1/H-1B visa sponsorship available
