Missions College Intern

Job Summary As a Missions College Intern, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our church's outreach efforts within the local community. Your responsibilities may involve working on various projects and initiatives aimed at serving those in need, fostering connections with local organizations, and coordinating outreach events. The Christ Fellowship College Internship Program is dedicated to developing students for future ministry roles. College interns learn from experienced leaders in a supportive team environment that fosters personal and professional growth. Interns are empowered to shape their futures and effect positive change while gaining practical ministry skills. This internship offers up to 25 hours of work per week and runs from August 17, 2026 to August 6, 2027. Qualifications Enrolled in full‑time college classes Completed at least the sophomore year of college (60 credit hours) and at least one year removed from high school Can work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends Believe they have a vocational call of ministry Required Commitments Continue enrollment in a minimum of twelve college credit hours per semester Maintain good academic standing with a semester GPA of 3.0 or higher Responsibilities and Challenges Develop leadership skills and apply God‑given talent Accomplish tasks and develop ideas to strengthen different areas of ministry Work collaboratively with volunteers and staff members Expand development and logistical knowledge of leadership and operations Meet with a supervisor for professional development guidance Be evaluated and coached quarterly Intern Selection Criteria Needs of the ministry Enrollment status Team chemistry as demonstrated by the active role held in a particular area of ministry Reliability and commitment shown through previous interactions with supervisors and staff Desired future ministry goals Job Specs Classification: Part‑time, hourly (non‑exempt) up to 25 hours per week. #J-18808-Ljbffr Christ Fellowship Church
