Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality primary care services in an outpatient setting. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments, evaluations, and follow-up care. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records. Complete preventive care and clinical reminders as required. Provide patient education and promote wellness and disease prevention. Participate in quality improvement and patient care initiatives. Qualifications Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program. Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult/Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner. Current DEA registration. Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association. Minimum of 1 year of clinical practice experience preferred. Strong communication, clinical assessment, and documentation skills. Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) systems.
