Senior Graphic Designer | Part-time

This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone. Our client focuses on eCommerce and marketing creative across product detail pages, paid social advertising, print advertising, and marketing collateral. The creative work includes both static and video assets, with an emphasis on product storytelling, brand consistency, and high-quality production. Role Overview The Senior Graphic Designer, eCommerce & Marketing will create polished static design assets across eCommerce product pages, paid advertising campaigns, print advertisements, and marketing collateral. This role focuses on strong design fundamentals, including typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy, to communicate product value and maintain brand consistency. Location Fully Remote | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST | Part-time Key Responsibilities eCommerce & Product Creative Design product detail page (PDP) assets, including product imagery, feature graphics, comparison charts, and supporting visuals. Create lifestyle and product-focused designs that communicate product benefits and support conversion. Develop banners, promotional graphics, and landing page assets for eCommerce campaigns. Maintain visual consistency across product pages and marketing channels. Paid Social & Static Advertising Design static advertisements and carousels for paid social and digital advertising campaigns. Create advertising variations across messaging angles, visual concepts, formats, and calls to action. Adapt creative assets for different audiences, placements, and campaign objectives. Collaborate with marketing teams to incorporate performance insights into creative improvements. Print Advertising & Marketing Collateral Design print advertisements, including magazine placements. Create marketing collateral for print and digital channels, including brochures, sales sheets, product guides, and promotional materials. Prepare accurate, production-ready print files that meet publication and vendor specifications. Maintain brand consistency across customer-facing marketing materials. Creative Production & Collaboration Manage multiple design projects while delivering polished assets within tight deadlines. Develop reusable design templates and maintain organized design files and asset libraries. Collaborate with marketing teams and the video-focused designer to produce cohesive campaigns. Contribute to video advertising concepts and supporting graphics while maintaining a primary focus on static design. Use AI and other design tools when appropriate while applying independent design judgment and quality control. Qualifications Experience Approximately 10–15 years of professional graphic design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating strong foundational design skills developed before the widespread use of AI creative tools. Strong experience designing product detail pages (PDPs) and eCommerce creative. Demonstrated experience creating paid social advertisements and static advertising assets. Proven experience designing print advertisements, including magazine placements, and preparing production-ready files. Experience developing marketing collateral across print and digital channels. Strong experience creating lifestyle and product-focused designs. Experience delivering consistent creative quality in a high-volume, fast-turnaround environment. Experience collaborating on video advertising and supporting video creative. Skills Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Excellent understanding of typography, layout, composition, color, and visual hierarchy. Ability to design polished PDP assets, product graphics, comparison charts, and eCommerce promotional materials. Ability to create static advertising assets and variations for different audiences, formats, and campaign objectives. Ability to prepare production-ready print files that meet publication and vendor requirements. Strong understanding of brand consistency across eCommerce, advertising, and marketing collateral. Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain high-quality output under tight deadlines. Ability to create reusable templates and maintain organized design files and asset libraries. Ability to apply independent design judgment and quality control when using AI and other creative tools. Familiarity with additional design and AI tools. What Success Looks Like PDP and eCommerce assets clearly communicate product value and support purchasing decisions. Static advertising is polished, consistent with the brand, and informed by creative testing. Print advertisements and marketing collateral meet production standards and deadlines. Creative quality remains consistently high as production volume increases. Static and video creative work together to support cohesive marketing campaigns.
