Advanced Services Engineer

Guiding customers from intent to measurable outcomes, the full-time Advanced Services Engineer will implement and mature data security platforms while managing customer engagements primarily through remote support, with occasional onsite assistance. Key responsibilities Gather and analyze information to define an outcome-driven delivery plan for customers Assess and translate technical and operational requirements to achieve desired outcomes Manage, track, and report on the progress of customer engagements, ensuring clear documentation of milestones and deliverables Required qualifications Undergraduate degree or equivalent practical experience 5+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles Experience with cloud/SaaS ecosystems such as Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, and Salesforce Good knowledge of Microsoft Purview Outstanding customer service mindset focused on achieving outcomes
