Maintenance Supervisor Details:

• Temporary position
• $ 28.85 to $ 46.63 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:30am to 03:30pm)

• Lead and support a team of Millwrights, assigning daily maintenance tasks and keeping the team on track.
• Troubleshoot and oversee repairs on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
• Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs to keep equipment reliable and minimize downtime.
• Partner with Production and Engineering teams to solve equipment issues and improve daily operations.
• Maintain a safe, organized maintenance operation while tracking work orders, parts, equipment performance, and maintenance costs.

Maintenance Supervisor Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or an associate degree in a related field is a plus.
• 3–5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or mining environment, including 1–2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems with proven troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with CMMS/maintenance management software; ability to read blueprints, technical manuals, and electrical/mechanical schematics.
• Industrial maintenance, welding, electrical, PLC, or Millwright certifications and experience are a plus.
