Kitchen Team Member - Part Time
Clubhouse Lounge + Kitchen | 1001 Enclave Boulevard

As a Line Cook, you will be essential in delivering our signature scratch-made dishes that keep our guests coming back for more. Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items following recipes and specifications to ensure quality and presentation.
Operate grills, fryers, ovens, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Adhere to portion control, food safety, and sanitation guidelines.
Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked workstation throughout your shift.
Assist with prep, restocking, and closing duties as needed.
Communicate clearly with the expo and front-of-house team to ensure accurate, timely orders.
Support the kitchen team during high-volume shifts, especially on game days and weekends.

Requirements

Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred (but motivated candidates will be trained).
Passionate about food quality and consistency.
Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.
Dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented.
Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
