Shift: 3x12 hour Nights

Minimum 1 year experience

Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS

24 bed Progressive Care/Stepdown/Telemetry floor. Typical staffing ratio's 1:3 or 1:4. We are a comprehensive stroke center, Level II Trauma, Chest Pain Accredited facility with the ability to provide complex care to PCI and open-heart surgery patients.

Interdisciplinary Support: IV Teams, Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Phlebotomy, Radiology, Social Services, Rapid Response Teams, Pharmacy, Transportation, Unit Secretary

Patient Diagnoses: Heart Failure, TAVRCABG, Stroke, Sepsis, Diabetes, Renal Failure, Respiratory Failure

Special Procedures/Unit Details: Emergent cardioversion, Central line placement

Special Equipment: BIPAP/CPAP/IPPB/HHF #Tier2

Travel Compliance: Ardent Submission Rules: 100-mile radius rule, no local candidates State or Compact license must be in hand at time of submittal All RTO must be listed at time of submittal Previous Staff must wait 1 year before returning as a traveler Compliance Rules: Onboarding: Must complete core items/labs within 48 hours of contract signing Modules: Modules are non-billable, all hours are factored in NBO RN average 4-6 hours Allied 2-3 hours Modules are completed onsite during orientation
