This role in summaryWhirlpool is seeking qualified candidates for a Senior Analyst Benefits to join our Global Human Resources organization. This position provides deep functional expertise to support the administration and delivery of U.S. Benefits (including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Prescription, and Employee Assistance programs), including responding to escalations regarding members, vendors and data integrations. The role delivers the strategy designed by the Benefits Center of Excellence (CoE) through the execution of activities requiring deep functional knowledge. The position also performs vendor management activities for benefits administration vendors, including issue resolution and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) monitoring. Your responsibilities will includeResolve issues requiring deep functional expertise escalated from the service center regarding Health BenefitsLead project management associated with Health Benefit programsManage benefits vendors; hold vendors accountable to service expectations and collaborate on changes and escalations Guide and support managing the impact of benefit changes on Human Resources (HR) operations and systemsReview audit reports ensuring appropriate payroll deductions for Health BenefitsCompile and analyze benefit data for provider reporting, operational reporting, benefit forecasting, and benefits planningIdentify and implement opportunities to update, simplify, and enhance processes, procedures, and technologiesPartner with the Benefits CoE in implementing benefits strategy related to Health BenefitsLiaise with external vendors and the internal technology team to develop comprehensive cost proposalsLiaise with external vendors and internal Legal teams to finalize contract and Statement of Work (SOW) requirementsMinimum requirementsBachelor’s Degree3+ years of experience in Human Resources1+ years of experience with Project ManagementPreferred skills and experiences1+ years of experience with benefit administration1+ years of experience in vendor managementRegulatory Compliance & Governance: Deep expertise in ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, and CARES Act statutory standards.
