You're intrigued by the opportunity to participate in building something new-ish in Aurora based on our success in Denver West.As a clinician within our clinic, you'll partner with us and co-lead our mission by:Providing excellent and individualized care to community members in search of mental health supportBuilding and cultivating a culture of purpose, authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determinationCollaborating to ensure our clinic is truly accessible, effective, and well-regarded in our communityResponsibilities and DutiesCreate and implement treatment plans, complete necessary documentation within a week of service, participate in supervision and consultation as needed, creatively meet individual needs within your own spin, style, and modalityFull-time clinicians are expected to conduct 25 hours of client contact per week (individual, group, couple, or family) - we help you find and schedule your clients!Coordinate services as needed with other internal and external providersAttend and participate in all staff meetings and trainingsParticipate in outreach efforts as neededIdentify innovative ways to fill need gaps and best serve our communityCollaborate with leadership to meet company and individual goalsRequired Qualifications:Completed Master's degree in a license-eligible field (Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Etc.)Registered (or eligible to) with DORA as a fully licensed clinician (LPC, LMFT, LCSW)Experience with completing clinical documentationEffective written and verbal communication skillsExperience and willingness to work collaboratively and creatively to meet necessary deadlinesComfort and familiarity working with clients with a diverse range of concernsProficient in the use of typical office technology (computers, e-mail, etc.) and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)Ability to pass a background check in a way that tells us you're able to provide safe careComfort with the natural ambiguity and excitement of a new clinic branchPreferred Qualifications (your star will shine especially bright if any of the following are true of you):Experience (lived or professional) with historically marginalized communities (e.g. BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, etc.)Experience (lived or professional) with Veterans or servicemembersCurrently paneled or credentialed with an insurance provider(s)Multi-lingualExperience working in community, group, or private practice mental healthAdditional clinical expertise (e.g. EMDR, IFS, Somatic Experiencing, KAP, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, etc.)Current community involvementIdentify as a creative interventionistCompensation and benefits are an extension of our mission & culture.
