Bakers and Line Cooks

Basecamp Bakehouse & Market is a thoughtfully designed new concept artisan bakery with a sandwich shop, salad bar and food options for on-the go. We are focused on fresh, high-quality ingredients and a welcoming, community-driven atmosphere. 

We’re looking for experienced bakers and line cooks who can confidently handle early morning production, follow recipes with precision, and contribute to a smooth, efficient kitchen. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who takes pride in their craft and enjoys working in a small, collaborative team. 

Join our team! We’re hiring individuals who can work flexible shifts, including early mornings and afternoons into the early evening. Our hours of operation are 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake breads, donuts, and other menu items from scratch

• Follow recipes and production schedules consistently

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen

• Monitor ingredient quality and manage prep levels

• Assist with inventory and ordering as needed

• 2 years of professional baking experience or line cook experience

• Strong understanding of baking techniques and kitchen workflow

• Ability to work early mornings and stay organized under pressure

• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Salary/Compensation: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
