What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments for patients identified as at-risk
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for nutrition therapy
- Provide education and counseling to patients and families based on clinical needs
- Work closely with the medical, nursing, and food services teams to ensure aligned care
- Offer ongoing support to the Food & Clinical Nutrition teams as needed
- Document all interventions and communications per policy
Required:
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) - credentialed through CDR
- Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN) (or eligibility upon hire, depending on state requirements)
- Master's degree in Foods and Nutrition or a related field
- Completion of an accredited dietetic internship
- Working knowledge of medical nutrition therapy and patient-centered care
- Entry-level applicants welcome; up to 1 year of experience preferred
- Work as part of a highly respected clinical team
