Crux of the Role
Set up an enterprise-level design system from scratch using USWDS , Angular , and SASS , while developing accessible wrapper components in Storybook to meet strict WCAG 2.1 AAA standards.

Front-End Stack: Angular, SASS, Semantic HTML (5+ Years)

Design Systems: Setting up enterprise design systems from scratch & building reusable component libraries (5+ Years)

Accessibility (WCAG): Deep experience with WCAG 2.1 AAA standards, ARIA roles, Section 508, and accessibility testing (5+ Years)

Component Documentation: Storybook development & documentation (5+ Years)

Framework Experience: Hands-on experience with USWDS or similar enterprise frameworks (5+ Years)

Communication: Clear technical communication to guide and mentor cross-functional teams

Backend Awareness: Basic familiarity with .NET, MVC, and SQL for seamless front-end to backend integration
