Property Maintenance Specialist

Location: Oxford, MS

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay: $15.00 per hour

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Property Maintenance Specialist to support the upkeep and repair of residential properties in Oxford, MS. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on maintenance experience who is comfortable handling a variety of repair tasks independently. Experience with plumbing, HVAC systems, and basic electrical work is preferred.

Essential Duties

• Complete general maintenance and repair tasks for residential properties
  
• Diagnose and repair plumbing-related issues
  
• Assist with HVAC servicing and minor system repairs
  
• Perform light electrical maintenance and troubleshooting
  
• Safely use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
  
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders
  
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
  
• Conduct property inspections and report maintenance concerns
  

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in residential or apartment maintenance
  
• Plumbing experience preferred
  
• HVAC knowledge highly preferred
  
• Basic electrical repair experience a plus
  
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and repair equipment
  
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
  
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
