Application Support Specialist

REQUIREMENT: IT Application Support Services - occasional onsite collaboration in Santa Cruz Santa Cruz, California Need Overall 10+Years of experience 3 References from the recent projects are must. Required Skills: Designing, developing, and supporting integration processes to other applications, e.g., Central Square TrakIT, Eden (HR, Finance, Payroll, and Utility Billing), Cashiering Point of Sale, and Hylands OnBase Document Management, etc. Ad Hoc reporting. Application configuration to support business needs. Application enhancements to support business operations or enhancements. Data cleansing and migration support as needed. Demonstrated experience in conducting work for government institutions of similar or larger size and scope. Preferred Skills: Prior work supporting municipal systems (city-level or local government entities) Familiarity with commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) applications Experience in handling multiple systems simultaneously (~80 applications) Knowledge of project coordination or support delivery in a multi-departmental environment Experience working under the direction of Assistant IT Directors or City IT leaders Ability to collaborate with both technical teams and non-technical city staff Knowledge of regulatory/compliance practices in municipal systems (e.g., secure protocols, user privacy) Specific Skills: T-SQL and SQL Server support Application integration (Eden, TrakIT, OnBase) Crystal Reports and SSRS reporting Application configuration and enhancements Data migration and cleansing SFTP and Single Sign-On (SSO) familiarity Microsoft Teams and Office 365 collaboration Experience with BluePrism and TrackIT tools Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals / SQL Server-related certifications (preferred) ITIL Foundation or similar IT service management certification (preferred) Certifications in relevant platforms/tools (e.g., Crystal Reports, SSRS, BluePrism) No specific certifications are strictly required per RFP, but industry-standard credentials are valued If you are interested share your updated resume with contact number to View email address on click.appcast.io This is a remote position.
