You will be assigned proposals that may range from small to medium scope andgenerally have low to medium risk profiles.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for management (preparation, assembly, review, and submittal) of responses to Request forProposals (RFP) in accordance with governance.Assigned proposals may range from small to medium scope and generally have low to medium risk profilesTypically, this pursuit manager has a primary solution they focus on to build the needed competencies foradvancement.This professional interfaces directly with and provides support to the sales manager, the project director, andthe project manager to set the proposal execution strategy / schedule, assemble proposal response team,and develop the project execution plan and value proposition / win strategies.Ensure conceptual design and business enablement functional teams (estimating, project controls,construction, procurement, subcontracts, LIFTT) are held accountable to provide deliverables in accordancewith proposal development schedule.Monitors and manages pursuit team expenditures to align with approved budgets.Participate in cost review. Facilitate risk determination / mitigation and leadership approval discussions.Assist in negotiations as requestedFacilitate discussion and actions to transition proposal basis informationto the project execution team upon contract signature.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience3+ years of engineering, project execution or technical pursuit management experienceAll applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical project execution field.Work Environment/Physical DemandsHybrid or flexible work options may be offered after the first 90 days of employment based upon manager discretion, job performance and work assignments.Salary PlanPUR: PursuitsCompensation TransparencyIn accordance with local requirements, the annual compensation ranges for this role are listed below by state or jurisdiction and reflect the applicable office location(s) within each.
