Role Overview Seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for a Commercial General Contractor in Centennial, CO, to lead significant commercial construction projects from turnover through closeout independently.
Core Responsibilities
Maintain full project ownership, including financials, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability.
Manage master schedules, milestones, and recovery planning.
Oversee subcontractors, contracts, buyout, change orders, and pay applications.
Cultivate relationships with owners, architects, and field teams.
Mentor junior staff (APMs, Superintendents) with room to grow into broader operational leadership.
Key Requirements
Experience: 5+ years in commercial construction with a General Contractor, and at least 5 years specifically as a Senior PM (minimum 6 years overall Construction PM experience required).
Skills: Strong financial and schedule management, contract expertise, and the ability to hold project teams accountable. Must have experience as the primary PM for a General Contractor, not a specialty-trade role.
