Assessment Specialist Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking an experienced Assessment Specialist Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The position focuses on providing comprehensive mental health assessments for a diverse patient population aged 18 to 99. The role requires an understanding of mental health as a critical aspect of health care.Position InformationRole: Assessment Specialist RNNumber of Openings: 1Shift: 3:00 PM - 3:30 AM (Friday to Sunday)Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36Call Requirements: NoneUnit InformationNumber of Beds: 24Patient Ratios: 1:4EHR: Electronic Health Record system utilizedRequired QualificationsActive RN licensure in the state of OhioBasic Life Support (BLS) certificationHealthcare Worker Certification (HWC)Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in mental health or psychiatric nursingPreferred QualificationsExperience with common diagnoses such as detox, depression, and psychosisAbility to remain unbothered by patients' comments while maintaining compassion for mental healthProactive during downtimeTeam members are expected to adhere to a professional dress code with scrub colors specified as navy blue or business casual.
