The Machine Operator role is responsible for supporting production requirements by operating injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment while ensuring all quality and customer specifications are met. This position reports directly to the Manufacturing Cell Leader/Supervisor and plays a critical role in maintaining production efficiency, product quality, and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor 14-15 injection molding machines within a designated production cell during a 12-hour shift.

• Maintain production output in accordance with established production schedules and performance expectations.

• Operate auxiliary equipment as required to support manufacturing processes.

• Conduct product inspections according to established work instructions and quality standards.

• Identify and report product defects, equipment issues, and production concerns to the Manufacturing Cell Leader/Supervisor.

• Label, package, and prepare finished products in compliance with work instructions and customer requirements.

• Maintain accurate production and quality records as needed.

• Follow all safety procedures, quality guidelines, and company policies.

• Keep work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work a 12-hour shift in a manufacturing environment.

• Frequent walking, standing, bending, squatting, and repetitive movements throughout the shift.

• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required.

• Ability to visually inspect products for quality and defects.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.

• Experience in injection molding operations is a plus.

• Ability to follow written work instructions and quality standards.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

The Machine Operator is expected to support production and quality goals while ensuring all products meet customer specifications and company standards.

Pay Details: $19.80 per hour
